摘    要:电真空管的加工工艺比较复杂,排气工艺在加工过程中尤为重要.原有的“工控机+多智能仪表”的排气系统存在一些不足,采用“ARM9+多智能仪表”的电真空管排气自动控制系统,并在ARM9嵌入式系统上开发控制系统软件,提高排气控制系统的性价比及技术水平.

Design of Electronic Vacuum Exhaust System Based on ARM
Abstract:Power vacuum's processing technology is much complicated.Vacuum exhaust process plays an especially important role in the manufacturing process of electric vacuum tube.Original exhaust system based on industrial compute and intelli- gent instruments has some shortages.The paper makes use of automatic control system for electronic vacuum exhaust based on ARM9 and intelligent instruments,and develops the software of control system on the ARM9 embedded system.it raises the level of exhaust control system's performance and technology,
