特种铁合金生产项目的清洁生产评价

文章参照《清洁生产标准—钢铁行业（铁合金）》（HJ470-2009）,对特种铁合金如镍铁、钼铁、钨铁的生产从生产工艺与装备、资源能源利用指标、原辅材料的选取及来源、产品指标、废物回收利用指标、环境管理要求等六个方面进行分析,通过与同行业单位产品物耗指标、主元素回收率等指标的对照,对镍铁、钼铁和钨铁生产的清洁生产进行评价。

Special Ferroalloy Production Projects of Clean Production Evaluation

According to＂cleaner production standard-ferroalloy industry ＂（ HJ470-2009）,aiming at the special iron alloys such as nickel-iron alloy,ferro-molybdenum,ferro-tungsten production,from the point of the producing technology,requirement of equipment,resources and energy utilization index,raw and auxiliary materials selection and the source,products index,pollution index,waste recycling targets,and the requirement of environmental management to analysis.Through the comparison and analysis of the unit products with the industry material consumption index and the main elements of recovery rate index,evaluation of cleaner production of nickel,molybdenum and tungsten iron production.
