| 摘 要： | 结合沿海淡水、土地缺乏以及附近有岩盐资源情况，提出海水淡化生产淡水，副产浓盐水用于岩盐采矿用水，避免浓盐水排放和降低其利用成本，延续下游液体盐或盐化工产品的循环经济产业链，符合国家节能减排的国策和科学发展观的要求。

| Abstract: | We proposed to produce fresh water from sea water desalination based on the lack of fresh water and earth in coastal area and the salt rock resources nearby. Byproduct of brine was used for salt water of mining. Then it can avoid the emission of brine and reduce the use of cost. It continued the circular economy industrial chain of the downstream liquid salt and salt chemical prod- uct. It accorded with national energy policy and the requirements of the scientific development con- cept. |
