基于小波变换和模态声发射的304不锈钢点蚀声发射信号特性

摘    要:为了研究304不锈钢的点蚀声发射信号特性,应用小波变换和模态声发射技术对304不锈钢的点蚀声发射信号进行了分析,分析研究结果表明,点蚀信号波形主要是由能量较大的低频段弯曲波和能量较小的高频段扩展波构成的。研究结果对304不锈钢点蚀声发射监测具有一定的实际指导意义。

Abstract:In order to study acoustic emission (AE) signals waveform characteristics of pitting corrosion on 304 stainless steel, wavelet transform and mode acoustic emission technology were combined to deal with recorded AE signals. The results showed that signal waveform was mainly composed of low-frequency flexural wave with larger energy and high-frequency expansion wave with lesser energy. The research results have some certain significance for AE monitoring of pitting corrosion on 304 stainless steel.
