一种新型染料双偶氮直接黄染料的合成研究

摘    要:以对硝基苯甲酸为起始原样,经酰化、酰胺化、胺化、重氮偶合反应,得到标题化合物。重点考察了反应温度,反应时间,物料物质的量比,溶液pH对目的产物收率的影响,在优质条件下,产物的总产率达82.1%,产物经红外光谱表征证实与目标产物基本一致。该合成路线简便,副产物少,产率高,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The target compound was synthesized from p-nitrobenzoic acid via acylation, amidation, aminization, diazotization-coupling reaction. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, reactant mole ratio and pH on product yield were studied. Under proper reaction conditions, the yield of the target compound was 82. 1%. At last, the product was characterized by IR.
