全数字仪器化冲击试验机测控系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种全数字仪器化冲击试验机测控系统,该系统为摆锤冲击试验机专用,可以与多种不同吨位的摆锤冲击试验机配套使用。该测控系统采用先进的虚拟仪器技术设计,测试与控制相结合,功能齐全,数据测试准确,操作界面美观大方,操作方便,通过普通计算机即可运行,主要功能包括冲击摆动作控制、数据采集、曲线显示、数据存储和处理、状态提示、试验报告打印等。

Abstract:A measurement and control system for digital instrumented impact testing machine is designed in this paper.The system is specially used for pendulum impact testing machine,and can be used together with many kinds of pendulum impact testing machines.The system is de-signed by using virtual instrument technology,and has the functions of test and control.The sys-tem has beautiful operation interface,can run in common computers and can be operated conven-iently.The main functions of the system include the motion control of impact pendulum,data ac-quisition,curve display,data storage and processing,etc.
