摘    要:本文简要介绍解决集中称量方式下的多料种备料(混合备料)系统的设计原理以及实现和使用过程,包括工艺设备的布局、料单的设计,广泛应用于集中称量方式备料工艺下的高炉自动控制系统中,提出一种将各种矿石按配比和碱度进行充分混合后装入高炉的混匀配料控制系统,实现多料种依次备料和分散计量,为高炉的稳产、高产创造良好的备料条件。

Abstract:The paper gives a brief introduction to the design principle and implementation of poly-material mixture preparation system under centralized weighing condition,including the design of process equipment layout and material bill widely used in the automatic control system of blast furnace for the material preparation process. A mixing control system is put forward according to the proportion and basicity,realizing the material preparation and dispersion measurement in turn,providing a good preparation for the blast furnace production with stable and high yield conditions.
