摘    要:对唐钢1号高炉开炉后富氧喷煤冶炼实践进行总结,通过优化炉料结构,调整上下部制度,高风温和富氧,提高操作水平,加强基础管理等措施,提高煤比水平到170 kg/t·Fe。总结出高炉应根据自身原燃料条件和设备状况,在保证炉况顺行基础上提高富氧喷煤水平,优化技术经济指标。

Abstract:The practice of oxygen-enriched PCI was concluded for No. 1 blast furnace. By optimizing configuration of burden,changing blast system and charging system,adopting high temperature and oxygen-enrichment,improving manipulation,strengthening fundamental management,the coal ratio was increased to 170 kg / t Fe. It is concluded that technical-economical indicators can be achived by increasing oxygel enrichment level of PCI according to furance burden,equipment and blast furnace performance.
