基于SPWM控制的正弦波逆变器的研究与设计

摘    要:主要研究了正弦波逆变器设计中的关键技术——SPWM调制控制,并搭建了硬件电路进行验证。系统升压部分,采用具有电气隔离特性的反激变换器,进行设计。通过单片机产生SPWM控制算法,驱动IGBT全桥电路,进行DC-AC变换;再经LC滤波,得到50Hz的正弦波形电压。由此,SPWM控制的离网型逆变器在硬件平台上得以验证。

Research and Design of Inverter Based on SPWM Controlling Technology
Abstract:SPWM modulation controlling is the key technology of sine wave inverter,which is the main target in this research.This system is mainly made up of two parts,the flyback converter and a H full bridge.The flyback converter,a small size and high efficiency converter,is used to complete DC voltage 24V to 180V,which complete the DC-DC part of the design of the booster.Using a SPWM wave,to control four power switches,output LC filter is used to eliminate the harmonic component and produce sinusoidal output voltage.Finally,some experiments have been done to verify the design in the hardware-equipment.
