衍射时差法超声检测技术在加氢反应器检验中的应用

摘    要:介绍了衍射时差法超声检测技术(TOFD)的原理、特点及适用标准规范。现场采用TOFD检测在用加氢反应器的接管焊缝时发现了埋藏裂纹,通过超声检测和实际解剖验证,证明TOFD技术对埋藏裂纹类缺陷检测十分有效,消除了安全隐患。

Abstract:The principle and feature of time-of-flight-diffraction (TOFD) was introduced. The method was used to inspect an in-service hydrogenation reactor. The inspection result was verified by ultrasonic wave and proved that TOFD is effective method to find out a crack flaw within the joint of welding seam. The flaw was removed for safety.
