摘    要:分析了目前1,4-丁二醇(BDO)装置生产过程中产生的工业废气的特点,依据工程需要计算了此类气体的爆炸极限,试验验证了废气中所含的DBP有机气体的热解温度,为优化焚烧处理此类废气,即此类废气预热到何温度才能达到环保与节能的高度统一提供了关键的工艺数据。

Abstract:The specification of the waste gas from 1,4-putylene glycol unit is analyzed and its detonation limited value is calculated; then the proper preheated temperature based on the DBP's pyrogenation temperature from the waste gas is verified by doing experiments. The unification of saving emergency and protection environments and the key data of the preheated process select for incinerator treatments are given.
