摘    要:近年来配电网中整流器、变频调速装置、电弧炉等负荷不断增加,这些负荷的非线性、冲击性及不平衡的用电特性是电力系统的电压、电流波形发生畸变,甚至引起电压波动、闪变和三相不平衡,对供电质量造成了严重的影响,因此消除电网中的谐波污染已经成为电能质量研究中的一个重要课题。有源滤波器(APF)的控制器是APF的关键部分,决定了APF的性能指标和补偿效果。控制器分别实现了谐波指令电流提取,谐波指令电流输出控制。文中将通过系统仿真验证控制器设计的可行性。

Abstract:In recent years, the loads of the rectifier, inverter and electric arc furnace are increasing. The electrical characteristic of these loads is nonlinear, high-impact and unbalanced, which causes the current waveform distortion, voltage flicker and three-phase unbalance. To clean up the harmonic pollution is the research focus of an electrical engineering. The controller is the most important part of an active power filter (APF), which determines the performance and compensation effect of APF. The controller realizes harmonic reference current extraction and output control. This paper tests and verifies the controller design by simulation.
