摘 要: | 三坐标高精度冲槽机是生产大型电机关键设备之一.因此研制高速、高精度、多功能三坐标冲槽机势在必行.硬件采用Beckhoff较新AX5000系列伺服系统及IPC-TwinCAT(软PLC)编程,充分利用工控机强大的数据处理与存储能力和功能扩展能力.控制程序采用符合IEC61131-3标准图型及文本编程语言进行灵活混合编程,较好地解决了速度、精度、干扰等问题.从而使系统达到高速、高精度、多功能要求,所以大型设备控制部分设计其中硬件选型及控制软件灵活编制是非常重要的.

Abstract: | Three-dimensional precision notching machine is a key equipment of producing large motor.So the development of high speed,high precision,multi-function three coordinates notching machine is imperative.Hardware adopts the Beckhoff newer AX5000 series servo system and IPC-TwinCAT (soft PLC) programming,make full use of industrial computer strong data processing ability and storage ability and function expansion.Control program using iec61131-3 standard graphics and text to flexible mixed programming language programming,better solve the problems such as speed,accuracy and interference. To make the system meet the requirements of high speed,high precision,multi-function.So large equipment control section design of flexible selection of hardware and control software establishment is very important. |
