摘    要:某催化裂化装置中的沉降器待生催化剂出口为偏心异形锥体斜插管结构,制造难度很大。介绍了偏心异形锥体斜插管制造中的关键工序,例如锥体排版下料、锥体冲压、纵向端口合拢与校圆、组对成形等施工措施,制造的锥体符合设计文件要求,且制造周期缩短,可为同类部件的制造提供借鉴。

Abstract:The export spent catalyst of a precipitator is an eccentric shaped cone oblique nozzle, manufacturing of this nozzle is very difficult. The key process for production of this nozzle was introduced, such as typesetting, blanking, punching, forming and group. After completion of manufacture, the quality of the cone conforms to the requirements of the design documents, and the manufacturing cycle was shortened. The thesis can provide reference for similar parts manufacturing.
