纳米粉体材料及表面活性剂对菱镁材料改性研究

摘    要:在菱镁胶凝材料中添加一定量的纳米粉体材料(纳米钛白粉或纳米碳酸钙)和表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠),通过大量试验和对菱镁材料力学性能的检测表明:添加了纳米粉体材料和表面活性剂的菱镁材料,不会出现返卤、泛霜现象,材料的软化系数提高,制品的密实度增大,材料的强度、抗折、抗冲击力大幅提升。

Abstract:Magnesite cementitious materials were modified by adding a certain amount of nano-powder materials (nano-titanium dioxide orcalcium carbonate) and surfactant (sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate), mechanical properties of modified magnesite cementitious materials were analyzed and tested. The results show that: the magnesite materials modified by nano-powder materials and surfactants, will not have scumming phenomena. On the contrary, the softening coefficient of the corresponding materials increases, and density of the products also increases; therefore, the materials' intensity and anti-folding as well as anti-attack strength are improved greatly.
