摘    要:通过对玻璃纤维池窑拉丝成型通路液面高度的测量,以及在实际生产中的经验调整,对成型通路液面前后产生高度差原因进行了初步的分析,从结构上进行改进来解决池窑拉丝成型通路液面的降低,具体表现在:所有结构设计为水平,设计采用池底倾斜和设计采用分段下沉。

Abstract:Based on the measurement of glass level in the forehearth of a direct-meh fiberglass furnace and the ex- periences gained in actual production, the cause of glass level difference in the forehearth was primarily analyzed, and accordingly some structural improvements were made to overcome the glass level reduction in the forehearth, including the adjustment to keep horizontal throughout the forehearth bottom, the design of inclined bottom and the design of bottom lowering by sections.
