摘    要:针对当今社会数据传输的网络化趋势,设计一种基于以太网接口的多线阵CCD加载头姿态测量系统.首先分析了测量加载头位移及姿态变化的原理,然后结合以太网接口芯片W5300主要特点,提出了这种芯片与FPGA的硬件接口设计,并对系统进行了实验验证.该系统使用FPGA为主控芯片,满足了在天平校准过程中精确检测加载头位置和姿态的设计需要.系统具有测量、维护便捷、结构简单、精度高特点,满足设计要求.

Design of Attitude and Displacement Measurement System Based on W5300
Abstract:This paper designs a multi-line array CCD attitude and displacement measurement system based on Ethernet interface. This paper first analyzes the measuring principle of the load head displacement and posture change,then combined with the main features of the Ethernet interface chip W5300,and proposes the design of this chip and FPGA hardware interface, and the system has been verified by experiments.This system uses FPGA as the main chip,it meets the design needs of the balance calibration process to accurately detect the position and attitude of the loading head.
