摘 要: | CAE现已成为工程和产品结构分析中必不可少的数值计算工具,运用CAE软件ABAQUS对常见的三种自行车车架进行结构受载分析,用来指导自行车车架结构的优化.首先用Solid Works进行三维建模,然后导入ABAQUS中进行受力分析.在其他条件和受载相同的情况下,通过分析,可以得出三种车架结构应力应变的不同,进而对车架形状的优化有一定指导意义.

Abstract: | CAE has become an essential numerical tool of engineering and product structure analysis.Using ABAQUS to CAE anal- ysis for three common bicycle frame,that can be used to guide the optimization of the shape of the bicycle frame.First,draw three-dimensional modeling through Solid Works,then insert it into ABAQUS for loaded analysis.After the analysis,this paper can get different Stress-strain of three frame structural under the same condition,what's more,there is some significance for the optimization of the shape of the frame. |
