循环水动态模拟CAN现场总线控制系统的应用与研究

摘    要:通过对循环水动态模拟装置的工艺要求分析,提出了CAN现场总线控制系统的设计方案.下位机选用SHCAN智能测控组件,可以实现对入口温度、循环水流量以及各种泵的控制.同时基于FIX软件的特点完成了上位机组态以及各种监控画面的设计,如流程画面、历史曲线、生成报表、报警画面,实现了人机交互、远程监控的功能.

Application and Research of Circulating Water Dynamic Dimulation Device
Abstract:This paper has a very good analysis of the process requirement of circulating water dynamic simulation device,come up with the design plan of CAN field bus control system.Lower machine select SHCAN intelligent measurement and control components,can realize the control of .entrance temperature and circulating flow and various kinds of pump.This paper designs the configuration of lower machine,then assembles and debugs the lower machine;At the same time based on FIX software completed the design of upper machine and various of monitoring pictures,such as flow picture,historical curve,report generation,alarm screen,realized the function of.man-machine interaction,remote monitoring.
