外侧斜抽芯注射模结构对比分析

摘    要:针对塑件外侧出现不垂直于开模方向斜孔的情况,对实际生产中经常用到的斜抽芯机构和一些新型斜抽芯机构进行分析比较,总结出9种斜抽芯机构的选择原则,即依据倾斜侧型芯的倾斜角度、抽芯距、抽芯力、模具零件4个主要因素进行选择。

Abstract:Inclined core-pulling mechanism will be adopted in the case of molding of plastic parts with oblique holes.Analysis and comparison were made on conventional and new type of inclined core-pulling mechanisms and nine selection principles were given,including the oblique angle,core-pulling distance,core-pulling force and mould components,etc.
