摘    要:分频比圆整化误差是缠绕机实现微机控制过程中遇到的一个关键问题,本文分析了这种误差的产生机理,并针对不同的情况提出了几种消除误差方法,实验证明,这些方法是行之有效的,对解决相似的数字控制误差有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The integralization error of frequency division ratios is a key problem in the microcomputerization of filaments, winding ma chines In this paper, the mechanism of the error is analyzedanda few methods to reduce cr eliminate the error under different conditions are presented. The experimental results show that the methods are practicable and can also be used in similar numericallycontroll ed systems.
