| 摘 要： | 全面介绍了GB1103－1999棉花（细绒棉）国家标准相对于标准的修改内容，并从棉花品级，长度，马克隆值，公定重量检验，危害性杂性检验与异性纤维检验等方面比较分析了现标准与原标准的差异，指出：加强棉花质量监督是保证棉花生产者，加工者，经营者和有户合法权益及维护棉花正常的流通秩序的重要保证。

| Abstract: | The revised contents of GB1103-1999 to the former cotton standard are introduced comprehensively. The differences of present standard and former standard are analyzed by comparison of tests from cotton grade, length, Micronaire value, conditioned weight, foreign substances of harmfulness. Strengthen the supervision of cotton quality is the guarantee of lawful rights and interests of cotton producer, processor, operator and the guarantee of maintaining the natural circulating order of cotton. |
