少熟料磷渣水泥的研究

摘    要:试验研究了少熟料磷渣水泥强度的影响因素,结果表明,复合外加剂四组分N、G,S,F的配比为3:4:5:4时,对少熟料磷渣水泥的抗压强度最有利,生产该水泥的适宜工艺参数为:外加剂掺量12% ̄14%,水泥细度400m^2/kg。混合粉磨有利于外加剂的均匀分散,从而有利于水泥强度的提高。测试了少熟料磷渣水泥的物理力学性能,孔结构性能,干缩性能和抗侵蚀性能,并与硅酸盐水泥进行了相应的对比。

Abstract:The factors which affect the strength of low - clinker phosphorus slag cement have been studied in this experiment, the result indicates that it benefits the compressive strength of low - clinker phosphorus slag cement when the ratio of four composi- tion N, G, S, F of composite additive is 3: 4: 5: 4, and the suitable process parameters of producing this kind of cement are: addi- tion of additive: 12% - 14%, the cement fineness: 400m~2/kg. Mixing grinding will contribute to the homogeneous dispersion of additive, furthermore, it will improve the cement strength. The physical and mechanical properties, pore structure, dry shrinkage and corrosion resistance Of low - clinker phosphprus slag cement have also been measured, and compared with those of silicate ce- ment accordingly.
