Abstract:This article introduces the direction for producing chemicals of utilizing helical algae and gold needle mushroom to make up the beverage of boosting up intelligence and nutrition health care, and also introduces the craftwork and operational outlines. Moreover it illustrates the attentional aspects of colour lustre and pH of helical algae beverage particularly.
