温度实时测控系统的开发

摘    要:介绍了温度测控系统的设计与开发。该系统通过通用微机对温度进行信号采集、锁存、转换,并对其进行实时的监控与显示,系统同时具有自动启动调节功能。硬件包括信号采集电路、A/D转换电路、信号放大电路、显示与报警电路、自动调节电路、D/A转换电路、微机总线接口电路、读写控制及译码电路;软件以DOS为操作系统平台,采用汇编语言进行开发,完成了计算机对A/D、D/A转换,LED显示和报警以及各个锁存器、驱动器的控制。该系统不但造价低廉、方便易用,且具有很好的扩充性及广泛的实用性。

Abstract:The design and development of instant temperature measurement and control system is introduced in this paper. Through common PC, the system can collect, storage, switch the temperature signal as well as supervise and display it. It also has the function of automatic start-up and regulation. Its hardware includes signal collection circuit, signal amplification circuit, A/D transfer circuit, display and alarm circuit, micro-computer bus interface circuit, read and write control and decode circuit. Utilizing DOS as the OS platform and assembler as developing tool, its software can accomplish the control of A/D and D/A switch, LED display and alarm, as well as each register and driver. The system is not only cheap, convenient but also can be easily expanded and extensively applied.
