摘    要:为解决目前配电网小电流接地系统单线接地选线、故障定位技术利用线路故障自身信号进行故障诊断准确度不高的问题,研究和开发了一种利用信号注入法的新型的、具有高灵敏度和高可靠性的10kV配电网架空线路故障指示装置;介绍了该装置各组成部分的动作机理,通过研究确定该装置采用诊断信号中性点注入方式,注入频率选择82Hz现场调试及试验情况证明,该装置能够准确、可靠实现故障定位。

Abstract:In order to cope with poor accuracy in line selection in small earthing current system and fault diagnosis of fault location technology through fault signal,a new high-sensibility and reliability fault indicator for overhead lines of 10 kV distribution network based on signal injection method is studied and developed.Action theory of each component of the equipment is introduced and it is determined to adopt neutral point injection and injection frequency of 82Hz.Field commissioning and test show that the fault location can be realized with accuracy and reliability by means of this equipment.
