密炼室三维温度场分析

摘    要:本文利用有限元法对密炼机混炼过程中密炼室的三维温度场分布进行了分析。重点分析了密炼室的三维温度场及其热量传递的分布情况,以及强制冷却对炼胶温度的影响,同时通过实验验证了密炼室温度场有限元模拟的正确性。

Abstract:Using FEM(finite element method)analyzed the 3-D temperature field of internal mixer chamber ,and analyzed emphatically the 3-D temperature field and the heat flux distributing of the chamber,and the rubber temperature distributing by completely cooling on internal mixer chamber and rotor in this paper. Through experiments, have verified the correctness of temperature field FEM simulator.
