| Abstract: | The control of the engineering cost of the construction project is a complex system engineering that penetrates the whole process of the construction of the project. How to effectively control the engineering cost of the construction project and improve investment benefit is described in this paper from three aspects which are the investment decision phrase, the design phrase and the enforcementphrase. |
