涂装半自动生产线的应用与改进

通过对涂装半自动生产线上的工艺流程装备进行改进，解决了涂装生产中残留药液渗入管中不析出、螺栓丝部残漆、零件涂装后存放及转运中磕碰划伤等问题一在不影响原涂装线的基础上，增添了静电喷粉装置，达到了既能喷漆又能喷粉的效果，使涂装半自动生产线设施更加完善，涂装质量得到进一步提高，扩大了应用。

Applications and improvement of semi-automatic painting line

The problems of no extracting after penetrating into pipes of the residual liquid in painting production, having residual paint in the tread of screw and scotched marks on the painted part surface after storing or transporting were all solved by improving the process flow equipment in semi-automatic painting line. The improved paint line can not only spray paint but also spray powder by adding a static powder-spraying device without affecting the original painting line. Its devices are more perfect and the painting quality is improved, which widens the applications of the painting line.
