摘    要:针对EAST低温系统大型串并联螺杆压缩机组控制中存在的压力调节长时间滞后、能量滑阀动作具有不确定性、控制模型难于建立等难点,采用专家规则与数字增量式PID算法相集合的复合控制方法,将复杂的多变量耦合控制回路分解为特定条件下的单变量回路,结合顺序控制逻辑分析,实现了压缩机组的全自动控制。经过EAST降温实验验证,该策略取得了良好的控制效果,满足低温系统的运行要求。详细描述了该控制系统各个执行机构的控制原理和压缩机的控制过程。

Abstract:Aims at the difficulties of the long time lag in pressure control,the control uncertainty of the energy slide valve and the difficult-to-model of the control system,the means that the expert rules in combination with the digital PID algorithm were employed.By dividing the complex multi-variable coupling control loops into several single variable control loops under certain conditions and working with the sequential control logic,the automatic control of the compressor set was realized.The cool-down experiments show that the control strategy behaves well performance and can meet the requirements of the cryogenic system.The control principle of each actuator and the control process of the system was presented in detail.
