摘    要:为了实现高温蒸汽灭菌器的全程智能监控,采用了高速的AVR单片机,完成了控制系统的硬件设计,针对灭菌器温度控制的滞后特点,提出了智能PID控制策略,实现了对灭菌器腔内高温蒸汽的精确控制。试验结果表明,该系统运行安全、可靠,实用性强。

Abstract:Aiming at realizing whole process intelligent controlling of sterilizer,using the embedded microprocessor AVR with its high speed function,the hardware was developed for control system in sterilizer.In order to reduce the impact of time lag in temperature control,intelligent PID was employed.Precise controlling of temperature was realized.The test results indicate that the system run safely and reliably,and has a certain practicality.
