| 摘 要： | 对国内15个省市34个卷烟厂家64个品牌的卷烟样品生物检测结果表明,TMV检出率为67.69%;不论是混合型还是烤烟型以及不同等级的卷烟样品都可以检出。卷烟烟丝研磨液和不同浓度的TMV汁液一样,接种后足以导致烟苗发病。

| Abstract: | By using necrosis detection methods and Nicotina tabacum var. samsun NN as test plant, cigarette samples belong to 64 brands from 34 cigarette factories in 15 provinces were detected for carrying tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The results showed that whether the tobacco is blended or Virginia or whether its grade is high or low, 67. 69% of the cigarette samples were found carrying TMV. Similar to different concentration dilutions of TMV, after inoculation, the ground cut tobacco solution can infect tobacco with TMV. |
