U型棚注浆加固技术在巷道修复中的应用

摘    要:朱庄煤矿随着开采深度的加大,应力集中区域巷道变形破坏严重,采用传统的支护方式已不能满足支护的要求。针对此问题,该矿实施了符合该类巷道修复的U型棚注浆加固技术。论文从U型棚注浆加固原理、修复巷道的支护设计、施工工艺和施工方法等方面进行论述分析,并制定和实施了修复巷道的支护效果监测。通过监测数据分析论证了支护加固方案的合理性及有效性,为该矿类似巷道的修复提供了可供参考的支护加固模式,取得了预想效果。

Abstract:With mining depth enlarging in Zhuzhuang Coal Mine,the stress concentration region tunnel distortion destruction is serious,the tradition support way already can not satisfy the support request.In view of this question,the mine implements the U canopy concreting reinforcement technology for tunnel repair.The paper makes an analysis from the aspects of U awning reinforcement principles,tunnel repair support design,construction craft and method,and made and camed on the support effect monitor of repairing the tunnel.By data analysis expounded the rationality and the validity of support reinforcement plan,which provided a reference for the similar one and has obtained the expectation effect.
