偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿石的研究

摘    要:提出了采用偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱法分析铁矿石的方法,优化了仪器工作条件,在最佳分析条件下测定了铁矿石标样中TFe、SiO2、CaO、S、P、MgO、Al2O3的含量,所测7个成分的相对标准偏差均小于3%,所得测定值与标准值相符合.用此法分析100多个试样,其分析结果与化学法的测定值吻合良好.

Abstract:A method was developed for determination of Ironstone by the polarized energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.The operation condition was optimized. Under the optimal analytical condition, TFe,SiO2,CaO ,S,P,MgO and A1203 in ironstone standard sample were determined. Values of RSD (n=11) of seven components in ironstone were less than 3% and the analytical results obtained were consistent with the certified values.Chemical components in more than 100 real ironstone samples were determined.The analytical results were consistent with those by chemical analysis method.
