摘    要:喂Ca-Si线技术是继喂Al技术后的又一精练手段,向钢液中喂Ca-Si线,进行钙处理具有良好的冶金效果,喂线后钢中钙,铝比达到0.09以上时,钢中Al2O3夹杂能获得较好的变性,夹杂物球化率提高,有利于改善钢材力学性能;改善钢水流动性,易于浇注,提高成材率,在生产实践中不断完善工艺,提高应用效果,是精炼技术的又一方向。

Abstract:Ca Si wire feeding in ladle is a new secondary steelmaking means after the method of Al wire feeding. The treatment of Ca Si wire feeding in ladle can gain favorable metallurgical achievement. Alumina inclusions in steel can expectably be modified into low melting point calcium aluminate phases with the Ca/Al ratio in liquid steel of no less than 0 09 after the wire feeding. In addition, the high value of Ca/Al ratio in steel will be favourable to the increase of the ratio of spheroidal inclusions in steel, improving the mechanical property of steel and flowability of liquid steel, facilitating casting during continuous casting and increasing the ratio of liquid steel recovery. Improving constantly and applying effectively of refining process are another tendency in secondary steelmaking.
