摘    要:针对大功率柴油机功率、经济性、排放性及运行平稳性的要求,从优化燃烧过程的角度出发,提出了一种新的燃烧模式,并讨论了实现这一燃烧模式的技术途径。以PA6柴油机为例,预测了采用该燃烧技术后的性能。结果表明,PA6柴油机的平均有效压力可达到3M Pa,功率可提高50%,强载度可达到30.45,机械负荷及热负荷均保持在可承受的限度之内。

Abstract:In view of the requirement for power, fuel consumption, exhaust emissions and stability of high power diesel engine, a new combustion mode for optimizing combustion process is put forward. The approach to realize the combustion mode is discussed. The performance of PA6 was forecasted after adopting the combustion technic, Results show that the mean effective pressure is likely to reach 3MPa, the power could be improved by 50%, coefficient of overacting may achieve 30.45, and mechanical and thermal loads can be kept within the bearable limit.
