摘    要:介绍了同时多产液化气和柴油及降低汽油烯烃含量的工艺技术(MGD)在催化裂化(RFCC)装置上的工业应用。优化操作条件,在提高反应温度、提高剂油比、提高催化剂活性等措施后,可以明显改善产品分布,提高产品质量。应用结果表明:MGD技术在装置上应用前后相比,液化气产率可提高3-6个百分点,柴油产率提高4—6个百分点,(液化气+柴油+汽油)产率相差不大,柴汽比提高了0.2以上。汽油的辛烷值(RON)由90-3提高到91,汽油的烯烃的质量分数(荧光法)由45.2%降低到33%,并且可以灵活调整生产方案,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
