摘    要:光卤石冷分解-浮选-洗涤法生产氯化钾工艺过光卤石完全分解为最理想,整个工艺氯化钾收率最高,但在实际生产中,为兼顾产品质量以及工艺条件的变化、不 卤石原矿组成的变化、操作人员的经验等,分解工序的加水量难免会产生偏。本文通过计算比较说明:当加水量为所投入光卤石矿重量的37-42%时,总回收率最高,且后续工序作业效果最佳, 质量最高。

Abstract:In terms of theory,the recovery of potassium chloride is the highest when carnallite is decomposed completely during the production of potassium chloride by cold-decomposition-flotation-washing process.But in practice,the error of quantity of water added into the decomposition process was inevitable.It is shown that total recovery is highest when the quantity of water added is 37%42% of the quantity of carnallite added.
