| 摘 要： | 以施工合同为基础，对工程索赔过程中造价管理进行了分析，提出了做好索赔工作的方法，解决了困扰施工企业索赔难的问题，并指出索赔工作关系着施工企业的经济利益，应把索赔工作贯穿于施工的全过程。
