摘    要:旋转机械结构的复杂化需要更加精确地了解转子的空间振动形式。为了实现转子振动的三维描述,从转子动力学基础理论出发,详细研究转子在三维空间的运动形式,得出结论,转子的单频轴心轨迹为一空间平面的椭圆。以该结论为基础,结合双通道矢量谱分析实现转子的空间域矢谱分析,并用工程信号验证其实用性。

Abstract:The complication of rotary machines asks for more accurate realization of the rotor's oscillation in space. In order to visualize characterization of three dimensions of the rotor's vibration, the paper began with the study of basic theory in rotor dynamics, particularly researched the vibration of rotary machines in three dimensions space, and drew a conclusion: the circumrotation track of rotor's axis is an ellipse in a certain space plane. Based on the conclusion, combined with the theory of vector spectrum to double channels, vector spectrum analysis of rotor in the space field was realized, which its practicability was confirmed by real engineering signals.
