摘    要:采用预处理/HDIC反应器/CASS工艺处理高浓度制药废水,水量为260 m3/d,进水COD为8 000 mg/L、BOD5为4 500 mg/L、SS为1 000 mg/L、氨氮为100 mg/L,出水水质达到《制药工业污染物排放标准混装制剂类》(GB 21908—2008)。实际运行表明,该工艺耐冲击负荷能力强、处理效果好、污泥产量少,有一定的应用前景。

Combined Process of HDIC and CASS for Treatment of High-concentration Pharmaceutical Wastewater
Abstract:The combined process of pretreatment, HDIC and CASS was used to treat high-concen-tration pharmaceutical wastewater. The wastewater quantity is 260 m~3/d, and the influent COD, BOD_5, SS and ammonia nitrogen are 8 000 mg/L, 4 500 mg/L, 1 000 mg/L and 100 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality meets the requirement of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Indus-try- Mixing/Compounding and Formulation Category (GB 21908 -2008). The actual operation shows that the combined process has a certain application prospect due to its advantages of strong anti-impact load, excellent treatment efficiency and little sludge production.
