| 摘 要： | 研制了一种新型的接触电阻测试装置,详细叙述了装置的硬件和软件设计。该装置采用PIC16F877A单片机为系统控制核心,用Visual Basic 6.0建立上位机测试界面,同时采用RS-485通信方式来实现远距离的操作。实验结果表明,该装置可在不同的接触压力下,可对接触电阻进行精确测量。

| Abstract: | A new type device for contact resistance measurement was introduced.The hardware and software design were discussed in detail.PIC16F877A single chip was used as the control system.The test interface was built by means of Visual Basic 6.0,and remote operation was realized by RS-485 communication mode.The results show that the device can get precise contact resistance value under different contact pressure. |
