摘    要:介绍和分析了方坯连铸中结晶器可以采用的几种水缝的特点;基于一定的假设手段合理简化结晶器模型,用ANSYS软件分析了其中比较复杂的2种水缝温度场分布的特征。为结晶器水缝的设计和温度场的监控提供了必要的数据和理论基础。

Abstract:Introduction and analysis are made for characteristics of water seams which can be applied to continuous casting crystallizer;a mold model is reasonablly simplified based on the certain assumptions,two complicated water-seam temperature distribution characteristics are analyzed by ANSYS software.That provides necessary data and theoretical basis for designing of water seam and the means to monitor temperature field.
