直流输电线路Y型绝缘子串污闪特性研究

摘    要:开展了用于500 kV线路Y型绝缘子串的人工污秽试验研究,绝缘子染污采用固体层法,试验结果表明,Y型绝缘子串与悬垂串相比,直流污秽闪络电压可提高约9%。在500 kV输电线路上采用Y型绝缘子串时,在不同污区单串采用的绝缘子片数可比单悬垂串略微减少。Y型绝缘子串用于重污秽地区输电线路时,可减小杆塔尺寸,降低工程造价。文章还提出了在不同污秽地区所需要的绝缘子片数,为500 kV直流输电线路设计中采用Y型绝缘子串提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The artificial pollution test for Y-type of insulator strings used in 500 kV transmission line is carried out. In this test the insulators are polluted by solid layer method. Test results show that compared with suspension insulator string, the DC pollution flashover voltage of Y-type of insulator strings can be increased by 9%. When Y-type of insulator strings are adopted in 500 kV transmission line, for different contaminated area the pieces of insulators used in single string are less than that of suspension insulator string to a small degree. The size and construction cost of the tower can be decreased while Y-strings are applied in heavy pollution area. The authors also give out the pieces of insulators corresponding to different polluted areas, that is available for reference to adopt Y-type of insulator strings in the design of 500 kV DC transmission lines.
