摘    要:膜吸收法是一种新型的挥发性污染物废水处理新技术,具有能耗低、无二次污染和污染物可得到回收利用等特点,实验研究了pH值、温度和流速等操作条件对氨和酚去除效果的影响,膜污染和清洗方法,以及能源消耗评估等与工业化应用相关的几个实际问题.实验结果表明,采用膜吸收法处理焦化厂剩余氨水中的氨氮及挥发性酚,取得了良好的效果.其中氨的去除率高达99.7%,回收率为99.5%,能源费用仅为蒸氨法的4.36%。

Abstract:Membrane absorption process is a novel approach for the removal of volatile pollutants from wastewater, which possesses the advantages of low energy consumption, no secondary pollutants produced and pollutants recovered. Several aspects related to the commercial application were investigated in this study, including the influence ofpH, temperature and velocity on the removal efficiency, membrane fouling and washing method, and the evaluation of energy consumption. Experimental results indicated that a good effect was achieved by the membrane absorption process for the removal of ammonia and phenol in the residual-ammonia wastewater from coking mill. The removal and recovery rates of ammonia from wastewater reached to 99.7% and 99.5%, respectively. The energy consumption of the membrane absorption process was only 4.36% that of the conventional heating method in the removal of ammonia.
