摘 要: | 为解决现有大坝变形监测仪器可靠性不高等问题,基于半导体位置传感器PSD,以静力水准仪为例,在优化设计电路的基础上,设计新型变形监测仪器系统。通过系统一致性、稳定性和温度适应性实验,分析监测仪器的测量精度、温度适应性和测量时间3个关键技术指标:测量精度高达0.002 mm,温度稳定性达到0.001 mm,测量时间短到1 s。实验证明,PSD式新型监测仪器优于现有的变形监测仪器。

Abstract: | In order to solve the not high reliability problem for the existing dam deformation monitoring instrument,this article was based on semiconductor position sensor PSD?,had took the static level for example and designed a new type of deformation monitoring instrument system on the optimized circuit. Through the system consistency, stability and temperature adaptability experiment are calculated by the measuring accuracy of the monitoring instrument and temperature adaptability in two key technical indicators, experiments show that the PSD new monitoring instrument is superior to the existing deformation monitoring instruments. |
