摘    要:随着辊压机+球磨机粉磨系统的广泛运用,水泥颗粒分布变窄,与减水剂相容性变差等问题越来越引起人们的关注。采用降低选粉机用风量和转子转速的操作方法,可以拓宽水泥颗粒分布;合理调整研磨体级配保持较小的循环负荷,是保证该操作方法能够实施的前提;利用球磨机选择性粉磨特点合理选择物料搭配,不但使产品颗粒分布变宽,而且使材料组合更加合理。通过上述技术措施,预粉磨系统生产的水泥使用性能完全可以与开流粉磨的相媲美,而且强度高于开流磨水泥。

Abstract:With the wide application of roller press+ball mill grinding system, the problems of narrowdown cement particles distribution and bad compatibility of water reducing agent are getting more and more attention. By reducing the air flow and rotor speed, the distribution of cement particles can be widened, and reasonable grinding body gradation and keeping a small cycle load are the guarantees to realize the operation method; Making use of the characteristics of selective grinding of ball mill, reasonalbe selection and collocation of material not only can make the product particles distribution wide, but also make the combination of material more reasonable. Through these technical measures, the performance of the product of pre grinding system can be comparable to that of the open flow grinding, and the strength is higher than that of the open grinding cement.
