摘    要:长寿高炉技术是降低炼铁成本,提高钢铁企业经济效益的重要手段 对高炉炉衬破损原因分析的基础上,提出了高炉15年寿命的主要指标及设计方案评价系统,应用该系统进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果表明系统的可行性。

Abstract:The long campaign technologies of blast furnace is one of the most important measures which reduce the ironmaking production cost and improve the economic profits of Iron and Steel Company The design of BF is the foundation, thus it is very important to evaluate whether a blast furnace design gives a campaign life of 15 years In this paper, based on the analysis of lining damage caused by the indices and the evaluating system of design for 15 year campaign life of blast furnace are put forward The computer simulation has been done by the system, and the results show the system is feasible
