摘    要:本文根据埋地长输金属管道检测的实际需要,提出了主要由管道电流检测系统、管道定位仪、频率分析型检漏仪、氢气查漏仪等组成的地面电磁检测技术。该技术不需要现场开挖,就可以确定管道走向、检测防腐层老化状况、确定保护层破损点和管道泄漏点的精确位置。实际工程应用表明:该技术能快速、有效地实现埋地长输金属压力管道的无损检测和安全评定,具有创新性和重要的参考价值。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of detecting long transporting underground metal pipeline, a ground electromagnetic detection technique is presented, which is composed of pipeline electric current detection system, pipeline locating indicator, frequency analysis type leakage detector and hydrogen leakage detector, and etc. Without field excavation, this technique determines the pipeline location, the degradation state of the anticorrosion layer, the accurate positions of the defective points on the anticorrosion layer and the leakage points of the pipeline. The practical applications show that the proposed method realizes non-destructive detection and safety assessment rapidly and effectively for the buried long transporting metal pressure pipeline. The technique is innovative and has important reference value.
