含笼型八苯基硅倍半氧烷的三苑乙丙橡肢绝热层材料研究

摘    要:将笼形八苯基硅倍半氧烷(OPS)应用于三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝热材料,测定了EPDMl OPS绝热材料的力学性能、线烧蚀率、烟雾和密度等主要性能。结果表明,用OPS取代部分聚磷酸铵( APP)的EPDM绝热材料的线烧蚀率、烟雾和密度均明显降低,力学性能也有提高。

Abstract:Octaphenylsilsesquioxane(OPS) was used in the insulator materials based on ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) rubber.The mechanical properties,linear ablative rate,smoke production and density of the EPDM/OPS heat insulation materials were determined.Compared with the EPDM heat insulation materials without OPS,part replacement of ammonium phosphate(APP) by OPS decreases linear ablative rate,smoke production and density,and improves mechanical properties.
